Our group was founded in 1982 under the name of Uyar Ticaret by Mehmet Uyarer, the father of our current chairman, and started to make its first breakthroughs in the construction industry. The company was converted into a joint stock company in 1995, and continued its activities under the name of Uyarlar Group Construction Inc., and continued to grow by making a difference in the construction industry. Our chairman, Cengiz Uyarer has been involved with this enterprise since his early ages, has been carrying the torch since 1995, and has led all our major projects. Uyarlar Group adapts friendly, robust, modern housing deficit target projects all over the world, especially in Istanbul and Turkey. In addition, Uyarlar Group believes that our customers’ and partners’ needs and ideas will add a positive value to growth.
