The project consists of 4 blocks, 128 apartments. 37,900 cubic meters of concrete and 3100 metric tonnes of steel were used. The project was heavily influenced from our “Paradise Residence” project. Underground parking, communal areas and various amenities such as a semi olympic sized open pool, sauna, Turkish and Finn bath, gym areas, green recreation areas and more were involved. The project was a turn-key construction including fine and finishing works with A-grade appliances. As its predecessor Paradise Residence, this project also received multiple local and national awards due to its architectural design.
