The project consists of 4 blocks, 172 apartments. 43,800 cubic meters of concrete and 3700 metric tonnes of steel were used. Underground parking, communal areas and various amenities such as a semi olympic sized open pool, sauna, Turkish and Finn bath, gym areas, green recreation areas and more were involved. The project was a turn-key construction including fine and finishing works with A-grade appliances. It received multiple local and national awards due to its architectural design.
