The complex consists of 8 blocks, 400 units. Over 200,000 cubic meters of concrete and over 5,500 tonnes of steel were used. Underground parking and several communal facilities were involved. The project was a turn-key construction including fine and finishing works with A-grade appliances. The facility includes both indoor and outdoor parking, two children playground areas, facilities for shops, security systems and more.
