The project consists of 6 blocks, 400 apartments. Over 80,000 cubic meters of concrete and over 4,500 tonnes of steel were used. Underground and outdoor parking, open green spaces and recreation areas such as mini parks and seating areas, open-air sports areas, outdoor semi-olympic pool and several communal facilities were involved. The project was a turn-key construction including fine and finishing works with A-grade appliances.
